The setting and ambiance in the hotel were very nice and ideal for some relaxation time on the beach, away from it all.

Nice to be around the swimming pool area at night, good ambience. Food was good but that really was about all.

Very old hotel, I had two cockroaches in my room - one even managed to get into my suitcase. I was horrified, went to complain to front desk only to be told "these things happen". Definitely not a 4 star hotel and would not recommend to anyone. I have sent a letter of complaint and waiting for a response.

The hotel location is excellent, straight on the beach in one of the nicest bay of the island and just few minutes away from Lindos. At first sight it seems to be a ugly building but this feeling fade away quickly after short time, the hotel went under a major renovation a couple of years ago so it is very comfortable and clean. We didn't use the spa but visited the facilities, very good and something can be used for free (gym). If you want to visit the island, a car is needed; just outside the hotel there are a couple of independent car rental agencies, there is also a Sixt desk within the hotel premises. The staff is excellent, they are gently, polite and ready to satisfy guests needs. The food quality is acceptable; the restaurant opens early (18:30) therefore there may be the risk that not all the dishes are available to late diners, however this would not be a problem.

beach was not sand, very small rocks. a little tricky getting into the water without hurting the feet. (need water shoes)

Staff at the restaurant was not friendly. More over, they were agressive. Waiters were suspicious to our brasletes which we received in other country, and we were refused in a dinner.

Overall my experience of staying at the Hotel was good. The Hotel has it's own private beach where you enjoy sand n water with a bit of privacy. The Hotel seemed to be quite big and did not had the local flavor rather had more high end generic feel to it. Everything was quite great with all the facilities and I must mention that the food was just gorgeous and in abundance.

Because the Hotel is dealing with large inflow of people they never go that extra mile to give you a sense of warm reception. Most of the staff is quite professional, just too professional. (But this should not stop you considering this hotel for the stay :)). Apart from this, the Hotel is just too far from the Lindos Village and commuting from the hotel could be lot expensive as you will have to take Taxi all the time. Taxi charges 70 Euros to take you to Airport. Buses are not very accesible from the Hotel. Hotel staff is not going to go extra mile to recommend you cheaper commute options.

The rooms are huge by european standards.Clean , comfortable and the location is stunning. opt for the seaside view rooms if possable the sunrises are stunning. breakfast has a excelent spread. Staff are great.

The hotel was next to the see with a private beach. Our room was beautiful and very clear. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The whole accommodation including the meal was really high quality and pleasent.

The rooms were clean and staff very helpful. The buffet dining always had a constant supply of freshly prepared food.

The wifi in the public areas was very hit and miss. You had to sit in one particular spot in the lobby to get any signal and then it would cut out within minutes. There was no hot water in the room on a couple of occasions. It would have been helpful to have more information about how to get about on display. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel of this quality and there were no toiletries supplied and I had to pay extra to use the room safe ! The hotel is quite isolated, a hire car would be a good idea.

Excellent location in late fall (the sea was warm enough). Excellent buffets for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful and very spacious rooms. A car is highly recommended.

Phone insulation quite poor. You could hear all discussions in hotel corridors from your rooms.
